As
a group we are strongly committed to education and
training for all members of the team. Our dentists
undertake many formal postgraduate training courses
each year as well as informal study and discussion
with their colleagues. We encourage all our support
staff to undertake training for their roles and
to gain the appropriate qualifications.

We offer prevention based dental care in a relaxed
environment, helping you to make the most of our
services. We understand that many people can be
worried about visiting the dentist. We feel that
by explaining treatment, working at a pace that
suits the patient and by using the highest standards
of pain control we can make dentistry accessible
to all.

We stock a wide range of products to help you care
for your teeth. We aim to be cheaper than high street
prices.

We
accept that, try as we might; we may not always
get it right. We welcome constructive suggestions
and we have a complaint procedure for patients to
use if necessary.

Our normal surgery hours are 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. In the event of a dental emergency that cannot wait until normal surgery hours please make use of the appropriate service described below. All NHS patients should ring Primecare on 0845 6008182 except on weekdays between 5.00 and 6.00 p.m. when you should ring NHS Direct on 08454647.
Denplan and Private patients should ring the private emergency rota on 07803 609697. This service is available from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. at weekends and Bank Holidays.
This service is free for Denplan patients but we wish to remind Private patients that there is a call out charge of £100.00 plus treatment time at a rate of £25.00 per 15 minutes. |

We have a ground floor surgery, which has been designed
to allow wheelchair access. Parking for disabled
patients is available at the rear of the building.
The car park is barrier controlled and you will
need to arrange access with reception. Other patients
will find parking available in the Gaol Street or
Bath Street car parks.

For
non-Denplan patients payment is usually due at the
end of each visit. We are happy to accept payment
by most debit and credit cards as well as cash and
cheque.
